Responsibilities

Lead project management efforts from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment are met across automation and process initiatives
Design and implement automation solutions using low-code/no-code tools (Power Automate, Quickbase, Zapier, etc.) that reduce friction and manual effort
Analyze operational workflows and business processes to uncover inefficiencies and prioritize opportunities for system improvements
Manage testing, quality assurance, and feedback cycles to ensure stable deployment of new solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and department heads to scope initiatives, set expectations, and drive adoption
Create and maintain documentation for new processes, systems, and automation logic
Build dashboards and visual reports (preferably in Power BI) to measure ROI, monitor performance, and inform decision-making
Support change management efforts by communicating clearly, training stakeholders, and ensuring smooth rollout of updates

Required

Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Strong technical aptitude with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate, Quickbase, Zapier, Airtable, or similar
Fluency in mapping, analyzing, and re-engineering processes to reduce waste and improve outcomes
Comfort running QA cycles, testing integrations, and resolving bugs in collaboration with end users
Clear, confident communication and documentation skills—verbal, written, and visual
Ability to work independently while also being an active, collaborative partner to teams across the business

Preferred

A background in process improvement or systems thinking (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.) is a strong plus
Experience integrating APIs or SaaS tools
Power BI dashboarding experience is a big advantage
Certifications like PMP, CSM, or Power Platform credentials help demonstrate readiness for the work ahead
