Responsibilities
Outbound prospecting into pharma, biotech, CROs, HEOR, medical affairs, and research organizations
Leveraging existing relationships and networks to accelerate pipeline
Booking 50 qualified meetings per month that convert into product demos
Working closely with leadership and sales to refine messaging, ICPs, and outbound strategy
Option to participate in the full sales cycle, not just top-of-funnel
Qualification
Required
Proven BDR/SDR experience in one or more of the following: Pharma / Biotech, CROs, HEOR, Medical Affairs / Research organizations
Existing relationships with relevant buyers and influencers
Comfortable selling into complex, consultative, enterprise-style environments
Strong outbound fundamentals (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, warm intros, referral-based selling)
Self-directed, accountable, and performance-driven
