Regional Sales Manager
PLAE Global is dedicated to redefining athletic spaces and inspiring human performance. They are seeking experienced Regional Sales Managers to drive growth in the Health Club and YMCA markets, responsible for managing the full sales cycle and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Northeast territory, specifically focusing on the Health Club and YMCA markets
Identify, prospect, and secure new business, targeting both new facility construction and existing facility renovation projects
Build and Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities in key Northeast markets including major metropolitan areas and surrounding regions
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with owners, general managers, and facilities directors in your target markets
Serve as the key resource on PLAE’s innovative line of performance products, consulting with clients to design customized solutions for their space and performance goals
Collaborate closely with internal design, project management, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experience
Qualification
Required
Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, preferably in commercial fitness equipment, performance flooring, or facility construction services
Direct experience selling to the Health Club industry or the YMCA
Deep knowledge of the Northeast US regional or the Mid Atlantic market and its key players
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
A 'never settle' attitude, with a passion for human performance and a proven ability to close complex sales cycles
Ability to travel regularly throughout the region elected
