Responsibilities
Analyze and validate enterprise data security findings identified through cyber health assessments
Support remediation efforts using a data security posture management platform (Varonis)
Partner with application owners and data stakeholders to drive remediation actions and policy adherence
Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track remediation progress and operational effectiveness
Collaborate with Varonis Application, Rules & Content SMEs to tune policies and improve detection accuracy
Contribute to the definition and stabilization of repeatable data protection operational processes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Security Analyst, or Governance-focused analyst in enterprise environments
Strong analytical skills with experience validating findings, tracking remediation, and interpreting data risk
Hands-on experience with data security, data governance, or information protection initiatives
Ability to work with security tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms; Varonis experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and non-technical business users
Experience working in fast-paced, results-driven environments with shifting priorities
Preferred
Varonis experience strongly preferred
Background in financial services, banking, or other highly regulated industries preferred
