Sr. Systems Analyst, Order to Ship (OTS)
Align Technology is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst, Order to Ship (OTS) to support their Global Enterprise and Platform IT team. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to implement and improve enterprise applications using SAP, focusing on logistics processes and customer-facing solutions.

Responsibilities
Perform process analysis in the areas of Sales Order Processing / Pricing / Logistics / Delivery Management/Carrier integration with a thorough understanding of business process enabled by these components in SAP eco system including bolt-on applications on SAP
Work on designing and implementing global end to end process/systems solution for logistics process which involves shipment consolidations, End of Day Processing, customs clearance and generation of shipment documents (labels, commercial invoices etc)
Coordinate with other stakeholders such as business, Global Process Owners, Vendors and IT architects to align platform architectures and capabilities according to agreed goals
Make sure that technical debt receives sufficient priority relative to functional requirements, to ensure effectiveness of the end-to-end process
Conduct technical root cause analysis of high severity incidents in shipping stack
Perform Hands-on design, configure and customize Order to ship processes
Work with the Business Owners / Users or other Functional Team members or IT Team members to analyze, design, configure, test, and implement solutions to meet business requirements and provide post deployment hypercare support
Act as the liaison between the technical team members and the end users to insure requirements / progress are communicated accurately
Documentation of Solutions, configuration, functional unit testing, cutover and program modifications according to internal standards and audit/control needs
Research new technologies in addition to SAP/ERP/S4 functionalities for making recommendations
Build partnerships with internal customers
Leads system testing effort necessary as part of project deliverables
Training of Users on new Systems and Processes
Provides day to day support to End Users
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education
8+ years in SAP ECC, Sales & Distribution
5+ years of hands-on experience implementing solutions in Order Management, Delivery and Logistics
SAP Order Management
Global exposure on SAP Projects
At least 2 full cycle global SAP implementations
Enterprise Logistics and delivery management involving bolt-on applications on SAP
Enterprise Integration with carriers like UPS, DHL, Fedex etc
Good understanding of Master Data management in SAP Order to Cash (customer, Material, output, pricing conditions)
Strong integration skills between SAP and non-SAP applications
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with global teams
Preferred
S4 HANA
Exposure to GTS
Exposure to any SAP Bolton handling shipments/transportation management is a plus

Paid vacation of up to 17 days during the first full year of employment (currently accrued at the rate of 5.24 hours each pay-period), which carries over to a maximum cap of 30 days. Both exempt and non-exempt employees who work 32 hours or more per week receive prorated vacation accrual based on their regularly scheduled work hours and tenure.
Sick time is accrued throughout the year at the rate of one hour for every thirty worked. Employees can carry over unused sick leave each year, up to a maximum balance of 80 hours.

If employed for at least 12 consecutive months, Align will grant up to 6 weeks of paid Parental Leave. If employed for less than 12 consecutive months, Align will grant up to 4 weeks of paid Parental Leave. All parental leave must be completed within one year of the birth or placement of the child. Parental leave is in addition to any state and/or local parental leave benefits.
Three days of paid bereavement leave. In some cases, due to travel the amount of paid leave may be extended to 5 paid days off. To the extent applicable state or local law offers more generous benefits, Align complies with any such law.
Non-exempt employees will receive full pay for up to 10 days of jury duty. Exempt employees will receive their full salary during any week they serve and perform any work.
