Responsibilities

Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
Greet and assist visitors, maintaining a welcoming environment
Maintain call logs and visitor records using CRM tools
Support accounting with collections of past-due accounts
Manage customer-facing inboxes and respond to inquiries
Follow up on orders and resolve related issues
Assist with meeting preparation and travel arrangements
Collaborate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Perform additional administrative or customer service tasks as needed
Assist colleagues during peak workloads or special projects
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Support event coordination and onsite logistics
Provide backup support for other administrative roles
Maintain organized work areas and office supplies
Complete training and professional development activities
Adapt to changing priorities
Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, document management)

Required

High school diploma required; associate degree preferred

Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach
