Responsibilities
Support project planning activities including timelines, scope, milestones, and deliverables
Assist in coordinating project tasks across internal teams and external partners
Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate concerns as needed
Maintain project documentation, schedules, status reports, and meeting notes
Facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, and follow-up communications
Assist with resource coordination and workload tracking
Monitor project timelines and help ensure deadlines are met
Support change management and scope tracking processes
Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders and team members
Assist with project closeout activities, including documentation and lessons learned
Perform additional project-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
0–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools
Basic understanding of project management concepts and lifecycle
Preferred
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or similar)
CAPM certification or progress toward PMP
Experience supporting technology or IT-related projects
