Oversee and manage safety programs for the fire protection division
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
Maintain detailed training records and safety documentation
Respond to safety incidents, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions
Support and deliver safety training for field employees
Collaborate with other business units and assist with cross-division safety initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
OSHA 500 Certification (required)
Prior construction industry experience
Strong background in safety training, compliance, and incident response
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate records
Desire for a long-term role with a stable organization
