Sales Director, B2B Advertising & Marketing
AdDaptive Intelligence is transforming how B2B brands and agencies identify, engage, and convert high-value accounts. They are seeking a Sales Director who will lead the full sales cycle, act as a trusted advisor to senior marketing stakeholders, and drive significant revenue growth through consultative sales of their ABM and marketing intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities
You will lead the full sales cycle from first conversation to long-term expansion - selling AdDaptive’s ABM and marketing intelligence solutions to agencies and brands
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Demand Gen leaders, and agency executives, helping them turn data and intent into measurable revenue outcomes
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and account teams while helping shape go-to-market strategy, messaging, and deal structure
This role offers significant autonomy, uncapped earning potential, and direct influence on product direction and growth strategy
Own and grow a high-value pipeline of agency and brand-direct opportunities across ABM, digital advertising and marketing intelligence solutions
Proactively source new business through a mix of strategic outbound, referrals, events, and inbound demand
Lead consultative sales conversations with senior marketing and agency stakeholders, aligning AdDaptive’s capabilities to real business outcomes
Close complex, multi-stakeholder deals and expand accounts into long-term, recurring partnerships
Partner closely with Customer Success and Account Management to ensure seamless onboarding, renewals, and growth
Represent AdDaptive at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and deal notes in CRM
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of successful B2B sales experience in adtech, martech, or B2B media
Proven track record of closing new business and growing accounts (preferably mid-market to enterprise)
Experience selling to agencies and/or brand-direct marketing teams
Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing a full pipeline independently
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
