Responsibilities

Build and maintain a unified transformation portfolio dashboard tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs
Establish governance routines that enable prioritisation, escalation, and executive decision-making
Ensure alignment across PPL operating model evolution, CPO priorities, and enterprise initiatives
Develop templates, standards, and reporting mechanisms to drive clarity and accountability
Anchor PPL transformation initiatives around AI-enabled automation opportunities
Partner with external consulting firms to streamline workflows, handoffs, and friction points across COEs, PBPs, and internal PPL teams
Coordinate deliverables and integrate outputs into the broader PPL operating model
Partner with workstream leads to define success metrics, execution plans, and cross-functional dependencies
Facilitate working sessions, sprint planning, retrospectives, and risk/issue resolution
Proactively identify blockers and drive escalation through established governance models
Maintain a consistent operating rhythm across the CPO Office, PPL leadership team, COEs, and consultants
Support executive communications, leadership updates, and business reviews
Track adoption, change readiness, and business impact to ensure sustainable outcomes

Required

8+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation or operating model programs within HR, People, Talent, or related corporate functions
Strong program and portfolio management expertise with the ability to bring order to ambiguity
Proven experience partnering with senior executives and executive Chiefs of Staff
Exceptional communication, stakeholder alignment, and facilitation skills
Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset

Preferred

Experience managing external consulting partners (highly preferred)
Familiarity with tools like Airtable or similar PM/portfolio tools (nice to have)
