Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their style preferences, functional needs, and lifestyle goals
Create personalized design concepts and mood boards tailored to each space
Source furniture, décor, and materials that align with clients’ tastes and budgets
Oversee and manage interior projects from conception to completion
Maintain organized, detailed records of design plans, timelines, and communications
Coordinate with other Compozure professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of professional interior design experience (freelance or firm-based)
Strong knowledge of design styles, spatial planning, and material sourcing
Proficiency in design tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar softwares
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and meet varying client expectations
Strong professionalism and a warm, client-facing demeanor
Possess or be willing to obtain general liability insurance before working with Compozure clients
