Responsibilities
Finalize consumer loan funding by reviewing stipulations and verifying required documentation
Communicate with members and staff about missing information
Verify contracts, insurance, payoff details, and LTV compliance
Prepare loan documents for e‑signature and ensure accurate disbursement of funds
Resolve funding errors and support branches and the Contact Center with loan questions
Assist with loan servicing tasks and participate in system testing and lending projects
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of auto loan processing experience with a financial institution
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, structured environment
Preferred
Experience with Symitar
Experience with MeridianLink
Experience with Microsoft Office
