Responsibilities
Own the full enterprise sales cycle: outreach, discovery, solution mapping, proposals, and closing
Build and manage a strong pipeline across major agencies, engaging with operational, IT, and procurement stakeholders
Conduct deep consultative discovery to identify operational gaps and align them to platform capabilities
Collaborate with technical, product, and customer success teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth transitions post-sale
Maintain disciplined CRM usage, forecasting accuracy, and consistent qualification methodology
Remain informed on public‑sector trends, purchasing processes, and technology requirements to support effective sales execution
Qualification
Required
B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex deals
Expertise in consultative and value‑based selling, with the ability to build compelling business cases
Proficiency with enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger‑style frameworks)
Demonstrated success acquiring new logos and expanding strategic accounts
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with senior operational, technical, and executive stakeholders
Comfortable operating in multi‑stakeholder, long‑cycle sales environments, ideally within regulated or government‑focused sectors
