Responsibilities
Consult with business users and collaborate with them for eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and workflow analysis
Draft business requirements in collaboration with business subject matter experts and information technology
Specializes in acting as the primary interface between risk technology delivery group, information technology and business areas for requirement discussion
Evaluate test scenarios and test cases based on established system specifications and user requirements
Work closely with UAT team to ensure business requirements are met
Participate in project planning activities and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Understand business operations and identify opportunities for improvement
Understand software development and technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical customers
Contribute to the creation and support of detailed documentation which support business processes, requirements, and project improvements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of related experience
Highly motivated, with the ability to take initiative, set priorities and perform tasks with minimal guidance
Demonstrable ability to develop and manage multi-functional processes and ability to meet priorities and timelines
Ability to bring together cross functional teams and business user together for gathering requirements and aligning them on objectives, achievements and deliveries is critical for success in this role
Ability to handle multiple requests in parallel and bring order to it will be crucial to be successful
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Knowledge of the financial services industry (technology, financial instruments, regulations, etc.) preferred
