Service Desk Technician
The California State Lottery is looking to fill the exciting role of a Service Desk Technician. The technician will provide technical and administrative support for end user computing devices and office productivity software, primarily focused in the Client Services domain.

Provide technical and administrative support for the California State Lottery's end user computing devices and office productivity software
Qualification
Required
This position requires a current Information Technology Associate exam
Experience configuring, deploying and supporting PCs hardware, software, operating systems, peripherals, and mobile devices
Experience working on an IT Service Desk or IT Call Center environment
Experience working on and troubleshooting IT equipment using remote tools
Strong customer service skills, working with various users and seniority levels across the business on IT issues
Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop quality documentation that clearly articulates solutions
Experience using Microsoft Operating Systems
