InternRDV Corporation is looking for a Data & Impact Intern to support their Philanthropy team by building data for learning, evaluation, and impact functions. The intern will collaborate with staff, develop reports, conduct research, and create program evaluation tools.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Grants Team to analyze and report on data related to grant processes and impact
Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Help create evaluation frameworks, logic models, and measurement tools across RDV Philanthropy (i.e., Grants, Spring GR, Facing Home, DVULI)
Participate in data collection efforts, including surveys and interviews
Help to ensure compliance with reporting requirements
Review grantee reports and provide feedback
Support the development of landscape analyses and other research reports
Explore best practices in grantmaking, evaluation, and philanthropy
Help facilitate knowledge-sharing across RDV Philanthropy by documenting lessons learned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Public Administration or a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, Nonprofit Management, Evaluation, Public Policy, Data Science)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
Flexibility to work with multiple teams, and the ability to manage shifting workflow, clarify deadlines, and negotiate priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize and communicate data effectively to a wider audience
