Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture
5+ years of post-graduate professional experience across all project phases
Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
Fluency in written and spoken English
Strong design sensibility and fluency in both 2D and 3D
Experience with construction documents, consultant coordination, codes/approvals, and construction administration with a demonstrated practical knowledge of materials, specifications, building systems, and construction methods
Excellent communication skills and experience with client and consultant communication
Analytical, creative problem-solver with strong critical-thinking skills
Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Preferred
Licensure (or active pursuit) is preferred
Experience with NYC agencies and filing processes preferred
Multi-family residential experience beneficial
Familiarity with Grasshopper and advanced rendering workflows beneficial
