Responsibilities
Work inside a game environment powered by AI, and help ensure the characters sound natural, engaging, and consistent
Review and improve AI generated audio, quests, and character interactions
Evaluate and correct tone, humor, and pronunciation
Create new storylines, character personalities, and story arcs
Help shape how the game’s AI characters speak and respond
Qualification
Required
Enjoy listening to and crafting dialogue
Have a strong sense of tone, emotion, pronunciation, and nuance
Are detail-oriented and comfortable following structured guidelines
Learn new tools and workflows quickly
You do not need prior AI or annotation experience. Training is provided
Preferred
Transcriptionists, Medical/Legal Scribes
Video/audio editors
English, journalism, communications, or media
Psychology, philosophy, or behavioral science
Game design or game development
Analytical or technical backgrounds with strong attention to detail
