Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and operational roles
Partner with hiring managers on role intake, job requirements, and hiring timelines
Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms (including Indeed and LinkedIn)
Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
Track candidates and hiring activity accurately and consistently
Support offer preparation and hiring coordination
Coordinate onboarding for all new hires from offer acceptance through first day
Ensure new hires are set up for success with:
Pre-employment paperwork and compliance items
First-day logistics and onboarding schedules
Clear communication and expectations
Serve as a point of contact for new employees during their onboarding period
Maintain organized recruiting and onboarding documentation
Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and onboarding processes
Qualification
Required
2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience
Experience managing multiple open positions at once
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Ability to work onsite in a corporate environment
Preferred
Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards
Onboarding or new hire coordination experience is a plus
