Responsibilities

Own and administer Salesforce end-to-end, including Sales Cloud, automation, flows, security, dashboards, and data model
Translate business and GTM goals into scalable CRM solutions that improve seller efficiency and pipeline performance
Lead CRM enablement initiatives, including training rollouts for sales teams (10+ sellers), documentation, and adoption programs
Design, deliver, and present dashboards, metrics, and ROI insights to sales and executive leadership
Champion AI and automation initiatives (Salesforce Einstein, Gong insights, experimentation to improve GTM outcomes)
Administer and integrate the broader sales tech stack (e.g., Gong, HubSpot, Highspot, SPIFF, GearSet)
Drive the Salesforce roadmap, prioritizing usability, automation, and data-driven selling
Serve as the internal Salesforce expert, troubleshooting independently with minimal reliance on external vendors

Required

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
Strong Revenue Operations / Sales Operations mindset with demonstrated impact on adoption and metrics
Experience delivering presentations, dashboards, and enablement content for sales leadership
Comfort administering, integrating, and managing sales technology platforms
Practical AI fluency — curious, experimental, understands risk, and executes to drive GTM efficiency
ROI- and metrics-obsessed; impact clearly reflected on resume and in results
Excellent communication skills and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Salesforce certifications
Experience with HubSpot, Gong, or sales enablement platforms
Background in high-growth or startup environments
Technical school degree or equivalent practical experience
