Growth Lead (Remote, Commission + Equity)
Homepoint is a technology-powered real estate brokerage that offers a flat fee model for transactions. They are seeking a Growth Lead to generate and close leads for buyers and sellers in a remote capacity, focusing on building a sales engine for the company.

Responsibilities
Work inbound leads from paid ads (buyers and sellers)
Build outbound pipeline using FSBO lists, expired listings with skip tracing, and Facebook group scraping tools we provide
Run the full sales process — first contact through signed agreement
Hand off to our broker for transaction execution
Track what's working, iterate, and scale what converts
Qualification
Required
Proven closer — solar, roofing, insurance, SaaS, real estate ISA, or similar
Self-starter who builds pipeline, not just works inbound
Hungry — you'd rather bet on equity and commission than collect a safe salary
Strong communicator who can explain a simple value prop clearly
You don't need hand-holding
Preferred
Real estate license not required
