Event Technology & Registration Coordinator
FUSION Marketing is an agency that delivers incentive travel programs, corporate meetings and events, and channel and loyalty solutions. They are seeking an Event Technology & Registration Coordinator to support the execution and management of event registration platforms and attendee communications.
Responsibilities
Assist in gathering requirements and specifications for registration websites under the direction of the Event Technology & Registration Specialist
Support the build, testing, and quality assurance of registration sites, including proofing content and validating functionality
Maintain attendee data, activity selections, session registrations, and reporting within registration platforms
Troubleshoot basic registration issues and escalate more complex challenges as needed
Assist with documenting processes, requirements, and best practices for registration builds
Provide outstanding customer service to event participants by responding to calls, voicemails, and emails within assigned support queues
Assist attendees with registration, housing, activity selection, and general program questions
Support the ongoing maintenance of hotel room blocks, rooming lists, and attendee changes
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners for attendee updates, following established change procedures
Support the coordination and execution of attendee email communications, including confirmations, reminders, and pre-event messaging
Assist in the development of attendee-facing materials such as pre-event communications, welcome packets, and mobile app content
Participate in internal team meetings and selected client calls to provide updates and gather information
Provide routine reporting to internal account teams and assist with client reporting as directed
Assist with onsite registration and event support as needed
Support post-program reconciliation, reporting, and debrief efforts
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and sharing feedback with the Event Technology & Registration Specialist
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of the Meetings, Events, Hospitality, or Incentive Travel industry preferred
Strong computer skills, including experience with or exposure to Cvent, Excel, Word, and web-based registration platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Customer-service oriented with a professional and positive demeanor
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback
Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support others as needed
Ability and willingness to travel as required
