Responsibilities

Close qualified inbound and warm leads through phone-based sales conversations
Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals and marketing needs
Present KC Media Team’s services with clarity and confidence
Guide prospects through the decision-making process and close aligned opportunities
Maintain accurate notes and deal status in the CRM
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, positioning, and sales process
Uphold quality standards to support long-term client success

Closing B2B dealsDigital marketing knowledgeCRM experienceCommunication skillsPersuasion skillsSelf-motivated

Required

Proven experience closing service-based or B2B deals over the phone
Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills
Comfortable selling premium, ongoing services
Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote environment

Preferred

Familiarity with digital marketing or real estate marketing is a plus
CRM experience preferred (or willingness to learn quickly)
