Mid LevelWenzel's the Bakers Ltd. is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join their Facilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and responding to reactive callouts across their estate of 108 sites and central processing unit.

Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on refrigeration systems across all sites
Attend reactive, breakdown, and emergency callouts in a timely manner
Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs to minimise downtime
Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and industry regulations
Maintain accurate service records and maintenance reports
Liaise with site teams, the Facilities Manager, and Operations Director as required
Support continuous improvement of refrigeration and facilities standards across the estate
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer is essential
Relevant refrigeration qualifications and certifications (e.g. NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
F-Gas certification (essential)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Preferred
Experience working across multiple sites is desirable
Full UK driving licence preferred
