Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch , and Kafka
Participate in design, coding, testing, and production support of enterprise-level microservices
Collaborate closely with onshore/offshore and nearshore teams to deliver scalable solutions
Contribute to sprint planning, code reviews, and performance optimization
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of production applications
Work in Agile environments with a focus on clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Experience in managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years)
