Manage media distribution, including uploading press releases and outreach to news outlets
Support media monitoring and compile coverage reports
Generate reports on communications activities, including qualitative and quantitative data
Assist with social media initiatives, journalist outreach, and event communications
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement communication strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field
3–5 years of professional experience in communications, media, or project management
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadline pressure
Preferred
Familiarity with email distribution tools and basic HTML
Experience with media monitoring and reporting tools
Knowledge of scientific or nonprofit communications
