Responsibilities

Provide professional counsel and legal advice to the Department with specialized legal services relating to determinations under Wis. Stat. 165.76 (1) (f) and 304.137 (2)
Comply with all applicable law and the Supreme Court Rules (SCR) of Professional Conduct for Attorneys in the provision of legal services to the Department

Required

License or eligibility for license to practice law in the State of Wisconsin at the time of hire

Effective oral and written communication skills
Effective skills in legal research
Knowledge of legislative process
