Marketing Assistant
Responsibilities
Support advisors with scheduling, client follow-ups, and document preparation
Maintain client files and update internal systems
Assist with office operations such as scanning, filing, and correspondence
Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the team
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A team-oriented, professional attitude
Preferred
Experience in administrative or office support roles preferred
