Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inquiries
Issue RMAs and Credit Memos; manage invoicing issues
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred
2+ years of Customer service experience preferred; Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
