Responsibilities
Execute techniques for in-process samples and raw materials, including Microbial Support Testing (NAT, Growth Promotion), EM Water Testing, and Microbial Testing for Bioburden and LAL
Conduct EM for facilities, utilities (Pharm Air, Nitrogen), and laboratories. This includes viable air, contact plates, passive air, and total particulate counts
Assist with essential lab management tasks such as housekeeping, equipment calibration, safety inspections, and shipping samples
Maintain accurate records by reviewing logbooks, initiating lab investigations and deviations, and entering data for trending
Review SOPs and ensure all training is up to date
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or Biological Sciences
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Previous experience with microbiological and environmental monitoring techniques
Prior experience with aseptic techniques
Experience in a Quality Control or cGMP environment
