Account Manager
Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Account Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, driving growth and retention through proactive outreach and tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with clients in your assigned territory to drive growth and retention
Engage with current and past customers via phone and email to identify new opportunities and expand sales
Develop deep product knowledge across a range of visual marketing solutions including signage, display hardware, and promotional décor
Deliver customized proposals that align with each customer's goals, timelines, and budget
Manage leads, opportunities, and communications using CRM tools
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals with attention to detail and timeliness
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery
Track progress toward individual sales targets and contribute to team success
Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the customer journey to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and a drive to exceed expectations
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2+ years of experience in account management or customer-facing roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
