Responsibilities
Lead development of AI-powered classification, analytics, and decision-support systems
Build and scale production-grade data pipelines, portfolio analytics, and digital-asset trading infrastructure
Drive internal adoption of AI tools and agents to accelerate product development and operations
Partner with legal and regulatory stakeholders to deliver compliant, innovative ETF solutions
Recruit, lead, and scale a high-performing, multidisciplinary engineering team
Qualification
Required
10+ years of engineering experience building and scaling VC-backed startups, ideally in FinTech or WealthTech
PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from a top-tier university
Deep expertise in AI systems, semantics, NLP, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
Proven track record building secure, reliable, high-performance systems in regulated industries (ex. Healthcare, Finance, Aerospace and Defense, etc.)
Strong understanding of capital-markets infrastructure, including broker-dealer systems, trading platforms, market data, and portfolio analytics
Working knowledge of asset-management and ETF regulatory frameworks
Hands-on experience across traditional finance and DeFi, including tokenization and smart contracts
