Responsibilities
Hands-on experience leading end-to-end survey management, including survey participation and vendor management
5-8 years of experience administering merit and annual incentive cycles
5-8 years experience in market pricing/job evaluations- ability to grade jobs and communicate to HR Business partners
Advanced experience in Excel – knowledge of complex formulas, VLOOKUP’s, pivots, charts, and providing data analysis to enable decision making
Experience in supporting ad hoc projects such as job architecture, job codes, mapping, and cleanup
Experience with HRIS systems
Ability to think critically, is energized by challenges, can look beyond the immediate problem, and consistently provides effective solutions
Qualification
Required
Must be a USC or GC holder
Minimum 5-8 years of experience with compensation functions covering the following:
