Responsibilities
Assist the Sr. Proposal Associate to compile and respond to current and potential clients’ request for proposals
Assist in the preparation of project fact sheets for new and substantially complete projects
Proofread proposal text and maintain high proposal quality
Work with graphic designers to incorporate graphics, layout formats, and other graphic techniques for easy to read, professional looking documents
Assists in proposal writing and presentations
Assist with updating corporate qualification/experience documents
Produces regularly scheduled reports
Participates in new market research
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies, English, Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism or a related degree from accredited college or university
Knowledge of MS Outlook; MS PowerPoint Presentation software; MS Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Word Processing software
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop
Preferred
0-2 years internship experience preferred
