Qualification
Required
Strong skills in business development, relationship management, and strategic partnership building
Experience in market research, financial analysis, and identifying revenue-growth opportunities
Proficiency in sales strategy, negotiation, and deal execution
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively in a remote setting
Familiarity with marketing and branding strategies to enhance business opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Business or healthcare Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
Proven experience in business development or a related leadership role
Commitment to the values of integrity, collaboration, and sustainable growth
Prior recruitment experience including management of book of business
