Responsibilities
Supervises daily work of subordinate staff to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and conformity to procedural standards
Provides IT support and assistance to Revenue staff as needed
Provide desktop support, including troubleshooting minor errors
Provide equipment support, including setting up and connecting monitors, printers, and other equipment across all Revenue locations
Collaborate with external vendors on upgrades and installations
Prepare activity reports for management
Perform other duties as required or assigned
Qualification
Required
Equivalent to five years of professional work experience in a general office environment
Possession of a current, valid driver's license
The work rules for the St. Louis County Department of Revenue require all employees, whether they reside in St. Louis County or elsewhere, to remain current in the payment of their personal property and real estate property taxes
Preferred
Public sector work experience
Ability to provide basic troubleshooting and technical support
