In this role, you will support the company’s HR initiatives, manage employee files, and assist with onboarding and compliance. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations and help attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities
Provide day to day HR support, including managing employee files, handling HR inquiries and assisting with HR projects
Onboard new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary information and training to successfully start their new role; on a weekly basis
Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes and terminations
Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring they are up to date and accurate
Provide support for HR compliance and legal issues, including advising on HR policies and procedures
Provide payroll support
Assist in special projects as requested
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational abilities
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience with HR software and systems
Good problem solving and team management abilities
Preferred
Experience at a startup is preferred
Human resources: 3 years (Preferred)
