Brand Strategist

The Brand Strategist will shape and execute brand strategies across organic and paid social campaigns while ensuring client satisfaction and relationship health.

Responsibilities

Shape insight-driven brand and campaign strategies across organic and paid social
Translate insights into compelling, social-first creative ideas
Ensure recommendations are actionable, innovative, and grounded in performance thinking
Maintain strategic coherence across content, campaigns, and channels
Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned account(s)
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and day-to-day partners
Translate client objectives into clear, actionable direction for internal teams
Oversee and guide client content calendars
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to align on direction, refine assets, and drive approvals
Shape and review post copy, scripts, and messaging to ensure strategic integrity
Help move work from concept through final asset and live post
Stay close enough to execution to ensure strategy is showing up in-market
Partner with Project Managers on communication, timelines and delivery
Collaborate with Production to ensure strategic intent carries through to final assets
Act as the connective tissue between client, project management, and production
Lead client meetings and presentations
Create and oversee decks, one-sheets, case studies, and storyboards
Craft and guide copy across materials, from pitch decks to content scripts to social post copy
Surface relevant trends, platform shifts, and cultural moments
Educate clients and internal teams on what’s working and why

Required

4–7+ years of experience in brand strategy, content strategy, social marketing, or agency environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Proven ability to translate insights into actionable creative concepts
Experience driving client relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders
Strong interest in social media, content marketing, and digital culture
Experience with influencer/creator marketing
Proficiency in Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint
Basic Adobe Suite proficiency in at least one of: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign
Willingness to travel up to 10%

Preferred

Active on social with strong cultural fluency
Strong organizational and communication skills
Understanding of marketing KPIs and performance frameworks
Experience with social listening and management tools (Sprinklr, Sprout etc.)
Prior agency or brand-side experience
Comfort owning relationships, leading conversations, and being accountable for outcomes
