Responsibilities

Immigration first point of contact for complex onboarding cases
Identify root causes for immigration issues and manage follow-ups with legal attorneys
Maintain pipeline integrity and track pass-through rates
Reporting (spreadsheet proficiency sufficient; internal Google tools used)
Provide sourcing support during business spikes
Lead intern season recruiting and campus initiatives
