Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
Overall 8+ years of experience in delivering technology solutions

Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage the business partners- investment professionals, understand their needs, and translate them into clear requirements and strategic direction for technical solutions
A deep commitment to learning and understanding user needs to inform high-quality product outcomes
Self-motivation, drive, and a strong focus on client satisfaction and delivering results
Proven ability to lead and support teams
Quick learner with a collaborative mindset and a strong team-oriented approach

Preferred

MBA or Masters is a plus
Experience working in the financial industry and product experience is a plus
