They are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a small team of integration engineers, responsible for all engineering aspects of integrations and maintaining a customer-facing API.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for all engineering aspects of integrations at Limble
Balance internal and external requirements
Build team cohesion and morale, help developers continue to deliver at a high level
Build solid, scaleable, and maintainable integrations using an embedded iPaaS both in no code and full code environments
Own a customer facing API, including adding features, updating underlying architecture and deployments
Work closely with the developers to help maintain coding standards and best practices
We work in a scrum-light environment which includes standups and jira ticket tracking

Required

5+ years experience in software development
iPaaS experience such as Make, Mulesoft Workato, Boomi, Prizmatic, Zapier, or related systems
Experience as a people manager
Experience acting as a technical lead on projects
NodeJS/Typescript
Driven to have positive impact on fellow engineers and customers
SQL (MySQL / Mariadb)
Strong track record of delivering projects with broad business impact
Passion for writing excellent code
Attention to detail & quality
