Responsibilities
Own internal storytelling across SharePoint, SPICE+, Viva Engage, and related platforms
Write articles, success stories, case studies, event recaps, and leadership updates
Highlight kaizens, workshops, AI initiatives, and measurable business wins
Support internal events — promotion before, visibility after
Build PowerPoint decks aligned with internal branding for leadership and enterprise audiences
Package results every six weeks for executives and broad internal distribution
Qualification
Required
Exceptional internal writing skills — clear, engaging, business-focused
Hands-on experience with SharePoint and Viva Engage
Strong PowerPoint skills and comfort working within brand guidelines
Experience supporting internal events and transformation programs
Ability to manage multiple priorities and move fast without losing quality
Preferred
Exposure to Operational Excellence, Lean, Kaizen, automation, or AI teams
Experience in manufacturing, energy, industrial, or large enterprise environments
