This role will involve overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, employee management, and compliance, while working closely with the COO and CEO.

Responsibilities
5–8 years experience in HR (generalist or manager role)
Hands-on experience owning payroll, benefits, and compliance
Experience supporting operations-heavy or hourly workforces
Proven "Builder"
Comfortable and exceptional at building processes where none exist
Very strong written and verbal communication
High judgment, discretion, and accountability
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree
Previously first or early HR hire experience
Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or warehousing
Experience with ADP , HRIS platform, and exposure to multi-state labor compliance
Bias toward action over perfection
Takes ownership without waiting for permission
