Support testing activities across multiple high-visibility projects within a complex application environment
Reporting test status, risks, and metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership
Developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Defect tracking and test execution
Leading functional test planning and execution
Creating test reports and dashboards using Jira or similar tools

Required

4–7 years of experience as a QA Tester
4–7 years of experience managing QA activities across multiple projects within complex functional domains
Proven experience working in a matrix organization
Strong experience reporting test status, risks, and metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership

Preferred

4–7 years of experience in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
4–7 years of experience in defect tracking and test execution
Experience leading functional test planning and execution
Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Katalon Studio, or similar
Experience using test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, Xray, or equivalent)
Working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or related programming languages for automated testing
3–5 years of experience creating test reports and dashboards using Jira or similar tools
Experience testing government, public sector, or large enterprise applications is a plus
