Responsibilities
Oversee daily field operations and project progress from pre-construction through close-out
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and onsite personnel to meet project milestones
Enforce safety policies and OSHA standards across the jobsite
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure accurate execution
Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, logs, and quality control records
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders (owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors)
Address and resolve on-site issues proactively to minimize delays
Conduct regular onsite inspections and ensure compliance with contract requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of construction field experience, with proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial or heavy civil projects
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient with construction documentation and software
In-depth understanding of safety standards and regulations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety
