Responsibilities
Own and maintain core website infrastructure and web-based systems
Support and manage third-party integrations and APIs
Implement and maintain security controls, including CAPTCHA and bot-prevention tools
Support government or regulated system integrations (e.g., DMV, municipal, state, or federal systems where applicable)
Monitor system reliability, performance, and basic incident response
Partner closely with founders and engineering stakeholders on technical execution
Troubleshoot issues across IT, web, and integration layers
Document systems, processes, and integration workflows
Qualification
Required
1–4 years of experience in IT, web development, or technical operations
Hands-on experience working on websites or web-based applications
Experience implementing or maintaining CAPTCHA / bot-prevention tools
Experience implementing or maintaining external or regulated system integrations
Working knowledge of APIs and third-party integrations
Working knowledge of authentication, security, and access controls
Comfortable working in a seed-stage, low-structure environment
Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally
Preferred
Experience in B2B or B2C SaaS environments
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Exposure to compliance-heavy or regulated environments
Light people leadership or coordination experience
