Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Help manage the firm’s onboarding and offboarding processes and continually update for efficiency and effectiveness
Provide technical documentation and user training as needed
Provide technical support for team member efficiencies and faster engagement
Work with internal employees on support and internal software helpdesk tickets for the firm, including infrastructure, hardware, and software resources
Manage the full laptop lifecycle—from deployment to secure retirement—to ensure reliable equipment and adherence to organizational security standards
Troubleshoot our internal software such as: OptiPlex, Box, Office 365, Salesforce support, Webex
Collaborate with internal teams to identify the appropriate escalation point for needed helpdesk ticket
Help manage and set up internal phone systems, such as voicemail or call routing
Assist with network administration, including network-related reporting and troubleshooting
Help manage cybersecurity, data privacy systems, and awareness training
Provide printer and Audio/Video support
Identify and suggest possible improvements to procedures
Assist with office event planning and setup as needed
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of experience as an Infrastructure Support Specialist or other customer support role
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Excellent communication skills
Experience with remote troubleshooting
Preferred
Artificial Intelligence curious/familiarity
Willing to travel (25% or less)

CompTIA A+
