Responsibilities
Build: Lay the groundwork for a thriving developer community by shipping PoCs, running experiments, and crafting clear, delightful docs
Engage: Meet developers where they are—social, Discord, and IRL—and create fresh, joyful touchpoints that make building with Adaption a pleasure
Grow: Turn curiosity into momentum with great onboarding: demos, better docs, tutorials, and reference implementations—plus creative campaigns across blogs, videos, and more
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of DevRel experience, with a track record of building and scaling developer communities
Strong AI fundamentals and hands-on experience with a range of AI tools
Genuine passion for teaching developers, demonstrated through high-quality, developer-first content
Full-stack ownership: comfortable owning large initiatives end-to-end with a strong bias toward action
Clear, compelling communicator for technical audiences—both written and spoken
Deep enthusiasm for developer tools, best practices, and delivering exceptional developer experience
Proactive, reliable, and effective in a remote-first work environment
