Responsibilities

Be key team member responsible for one or more of Mastercard’s global partnerships with leading technology companies
Lead the day-to-day customer relationship including building and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders
Help drive Mastercard’s go-to-market strategy with your partners across all Mastercard products and services
Identify new opportunities to expand our partnerships and evaluate and assess impact of these potential opportunities
Co-innovate with partners to build new product propositions through close collaboration with Mastercard product development and innovation teams
Help represent your customers’ and the market perspective internally at Mastercard
Help lead all aspects of customer engagement and proposals (including crafting compelling RFP responses) and deal development (including business case development, commercial terms structuring, negotiations, and legal contracting) in close collaboration with key business partners (e.g., finance, legal, product, engineering) and regional teams

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Experience in deal development and can manage & lead a deal process end-to-end
Strong executive-level communication skills
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Sound business judgement with established strategic/conceptual thinking and strategic planning skills
Broad knowledge of the payments industry and interest and knowledge of the latest trends in digital payments, crypto/blockchain, gaming/metaverse and open banking
Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders in matrixed organizations
Relationship builder and create trust internally and externally
Data-driven, strategic thinker with financial acumen
Passion for understanding how products, tools and solutions work

Advanced degree a plus
