AV Operations Technician

Responsibilities
Assist A/V users with connecting to and using A/V systems
Troubleshooting A/V issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions to maintain uptime and performance
Move and installing A/V equipment between rooms, ensuring all connections are present and working properly
Work with vendors during installations and service calls
Document approved manufacture firmware versions, update procedures, rollback plans, and change logs
Evaluate and test manufacture firmware releases for compatibility, risk, and feature impact prior to deployment to production environment
Qualification
Required
Must be a US citizen on US soil
2+ years Experience using and supporting Microsoft Teams
2+ years Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
2+ years Experience supporting Crestron, QSC, Extron, Biamp, and Shure hardware
Preferred
Experience with other video conference applications such as Zoom, Google Meets, etc
Experience using ServiceNow
Eagerness to learn new A/V technologies, tools and methodologies
Experience with networking technologies is a plus
